Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 24 hrs. On receiving the product in case found defective you must send email to info@universaldivineshop.com along with pictures of damaged product within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment. If 24 hrs have gone by since your receiving of shipment and we don't receive any email, then unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Media items such as CDs/ DVDs are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which you must send on info@universaldivineshop.com.

Items will not be exchanged if
- Any item that is returned in more than 15 days after delivery

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange of any item for any other item is not done.

To return your product, you should courier your product to: PLOT NO 37, SECTOR 43, GURUGRAM, Gurgaon, Haryana,122009

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs 1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
